Our commitment
A coastal elephant care experience on Koh Siray, Phuket

We do not offer elephant riding or performances. Visits focus on feeding, learning and guided time alongside the elephants. Our veterinarian performs monthly health checks, and a vet is called immediately whenever an injury or concern arises.
Protecting our beach and ocean ecosystem is essential. We maintain strict waste-management protocols, conduct regular shoreline cleanups, and ensure zero harmful runoff enters the surrounding waters.
Local Sourcing & Fair Wages: We hire locally in Phuket, source fresh produce directly from regional Thai farmers to feed our rescue elephants, and ensure fair-wage employment for our team and mahouts.
Supporting Local Families: We actively support the Life Home Project Foundation and Phuket Sunshine Village Foundation on Koh Siray, directly providing essential supplies and daily necessities to vulnerable children and families in our local community.
Green Season magic
Every bathing session is guided by our mahouts. Fresh drinking water is provided, and the elephants’ comfort determines the pace. Guests join guided shoreline and shower activities when appropriate for the elephants.

The team prepares elephant food for the visit and helps guests offer it respectfully. The elephant feeding experience includes learning about diet and daily care. The beach program also includes preparing vitamin balls.

A 50% charge applies to cancellations or rescheduling requested at least 24 hours before your departure date.

Cancellation is not permitted when the request is made within 24 hours of the departure time.
Day of departure / no-show
No cancellation or rescheduling is allowed on the day of departure. No-shows are charged in full.

We want every guest to feel safe, welcomed, and genuinely connected to Phuket — while every elephant is treated with patience and respect.
Good to know
Morning tours start at 9:30. Afternoon tours start at 13:30. Your final pickup time is confirmed after booking.
A towel, change of clothes, insect repellent, and beach shoes. Swimwear and sun protection are also recommended.
Follow the team’s guidance throughout your visit so every interaction stays comfortable and safe for guests and elephants.
Joined roundtrip transfer is included for the beach program. The final listed areas add THB 250 per person and require at least 2 people. Private cars must be confirmed on WhatsApp before booking.
