What we collect

We collect only information needed to arrange and support a visit.

• Booking details: lead guest name, visit date, guest numbers, programme, pickup and drop-off details, contact and emergency-contact details.
• Payment and contact details provided through Stripe, such as name, email, telephone number, payment status and transaction reference. We do not receive or store full card details.
• Optional booking notes. Please do not include medical, passport, ID-card, or other sensitive information unless we specifically ask for it.

Why we use it

We use booking information to perform our contract with you, meet legal obligations, protect guest safety, and run our legitimate business operations.

• Create, confirm, change, and provide your booking and any requested transfer.
• Take payment, prevent fraud, answer enquiries, send booking confirmations, and keep required business records.
• Contact you about a booked visit or an urgent safety or service matter. We do not use booking information for behavioural advertising.

Who receives it and international transfers

We disclose information only where needed to operate the booking.

• Stripe processes payments; Cloudflare hosts the website and booking database; Brevo may send transactional booking email.
• If enabled by the camp, limited booking alerts may be sent to authorised staff through LINE or Discord. These providers may process data outside Thailand.
• Our providers may process information in other countries. We use them only for the stated purposes and require appropriate contractual and security safeguards where applicable.

Retention, security, and your choices

We retain information only for as long as needed for the visit, support, disputes, and applicable accounting or legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it. We use access controls and appropriate technical measures. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, or withdraw consent. Email us to make a request or complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

Children and changes

A parent or guardian must make bookings for minors. We do not knowingly collect data from a child other than information needed to arrange the family visit. We will update this notice before using data for a new purpose.
